Cancellation and Refunds
At Your Furniture Hub, we want you to love your new furniture. But if you change your mind, don’t worry — you have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to let us know.

How to Return Your Furniture
- Return it yourself
Bring the item back to our Manchester collection point and receive a full refund, including your original delivery charge. - Request a collection
We can collect the item(s) for you. Collection charges apply:- £80 for a sofa
- £50 for smaller items
- £80 for a sofa
Important Note on Flat‑Packed Items
If your furniture is delivered flat‑packed, please check you’re happy with it before assembling.
Unfortunately, once flat‑packed furniture has been assembled, we cannot accept it back for return.
Before You Order
Please check that your chosen item(s) will fit through your doorways, hallways and staircases.
If delivery isn’t possible due to restricted access (e.g. narrow stairs or door frames), it will be treated as a return — and the collection charges above will apply.
Collection Process
If we’re collecting your return:
- Items must be in the same condition you received them (unused and undamaged).
- Once your furniture has been inspected at our local warehouse, we’ll issue your refund (minus collection cost).
- For card payments, please allow up to 7 working days from processing for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take every care to deliver your furniture safely. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:
- Let the delivery team know immediately; they’ll complete an incident report and may take photos.
- If the item is still usable, you can keep using it while we assess.
- If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Faulty items must be returned to us before any refund is processed.
- Refunds are limited to the original purchase price paid.
