We deliver to mainland UK.
One-Man Delivery (small items):
- Delivery to your door between 7am and 7pm
- Ground floor only; signature required
- Next-day delivery available on orders before 3pm (Mon–Fri)
One-Man Delivery (our fleet):
- Evening text with AM/PM slot
- Call about 15 minutes before arrival
- Delivery to ground floor; signature required
Two-Man Delivery (Furdeco):
- Text with AM/PM slot and call before arrival
- Delivery into your chosen room (subject to access)

Will my furniture fit?
Measure doorways, stairs and hallways before ordering. Contact us if unsure.
What if my furniture is damaged?
Report it on the driver’s terminal and call us immediately. We’ll repair, replace or refund.
What if I’m out when delivery arrives?
A £30 fee applies if you miss a scheduled delivery.
Can I change or cancel delivery?
Yes, please contact us at least 4 working days in advance. You can also cancel your order up to 30 days after delivery.
